Pack your device securely — bubble wrap, a snug box, no loose parts rattling around. Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. Ship to: Born Again Computer Repair, Eighty-Four, PA 15330. Include your name, phone number, and a note describing the issue.
Tyler receives your device, inspects it, and contacts you with a diagnosis and repair quote — typically within one business day of receiving it. No work is done without your approval.
Once you approve the repair, Tyler completes the work and ships your device back securely. Return shipping cost is included in the repair quote. You'll receive a tracking number when it ships.

Use the original box if you have it. If not: wrap the device in anti-static bubble wrap, place it in a snug box with at least 2 inches of padding on all sides, and make sure nothing can shift during transit. For desktops, remove and pack the GPU separately if it's a full-length card. Include a note with your name and phone number inside the box.
You pay to ship it to us. Return shipping is included in your repair quote — we factor it in so there are no surprises. We use tracked, insured shipping for all returns.
If we can't repair your device or the repair cost isn't worth it, we'll tell you honestly. You won't be charged for the diagnosis. Return shipping in that case would be at cost — we'll discuss options.
Most mail-in repairs are completed within 1–3 business days of receiving your device, plus shipping time each way. We'll give you an estimated return date when we provide the repair quote.
